The Giridara Project is focused on the idea of providing  specifically chosen inmates with the luxury of opportunity and choice. Usually a prisoner steps out of the walls 10 years after with nothing but money to go home. No employer will be willing to hire an ex-convict. They are left with no choice but get back to the previous lifestyle to survive.

Thus increasing the re-conviction level. 



By providing the inmates with a wider scope of the opportunities in the world and providing them with skills to sustain and employ themselves after the end of their sentence will educate them to reform and to survive through a better life.
